the site area is attended by two main traffic axes at the north and the east side. this is leading to a dynamic relation between the site and the urban traffic.

the buildings communicate through an exceptional highrise-architecture with the traffic and the surrounding parts of the city.

the highrise buildings represent its users through a significant architecture and are markable points of identification.

the common basements of the buildings define an urban edge which is open to shiji-alley and leading into a plaza. this public space is attended by a building for commercial use, which is vitalizing the public life and leading to an attractive focus in urban life.

the design is a synthesis of urban and representative highrise-architecture.

the „swinging“ building shapes in the pedestrian areas are the opening to a new and attractive urban quarter.
